Community facilitation program

The Community Facilitation Program (CFP) is a cohort learning environment designed to introduce and hone essential skills for being a positive influence within a collective. The content will likely be useful across other domains of your life and is meant to support personal growth & professional development as a facilitator, leader, and/or innovative member of a team.

Is this course for you?

The 8-week CFP is currated for members within OpenDoor communities. It is built for individuals who feel a draw towards maintaining the well-being of their home and being a source of positive influence from whatever role or situation they occupy. Please note: Entry is based on application and acceptance and is not guaranteed. The program is open to members who are in good standing and not engaged in active conflict which requires a different form of support.
