The Community Facilitation Program (CFP) is a cohort learning environment designed to introduce and hone essential skills for being a positive influence within a collective. The content will likely be useful across other domains of your life and is meant to support personal growth & professional development as a facilitator, leader, and/or innovative member of a team.
The 8-week CFP is currated for members within OpenDoor communities. It is built for individuals who feel a draw towards maintaining the well-being of their home and being a source of positive influence from whatever role or situation they occupy. Please note: Entry is based on application and acceptance and is not guaranteed. The program is open to members who are in good standing and not engaged in active conflict which requires a different form of support.
The course is designed to build capacity for working in and facilitating groups that will deepen your understanding of how to facilitate change.
The course is not for those who want to just watch a power point. You will be learn by doing and be invited into small group on each call for discussion and live practice.
You will be joined by members from OpenDoor communities spread across our network from the Bay Area to Portland to Seattle.
Live Workshops twice/month
Small Group of 3 for support and deepening throughout.
