Coliving Mastermind is monthly programming offered by OpenDoor. It is a space for Members across all of our Communities to come together and learn from and with one another. Guided by expert facilitators, sonj basha and Spencer Honeyman, our Mastermind series includes emergent content based on the needs of our communities and works to elicit the wisdom in the room from both facilitators and Members.

This programming is perfect for you if you are an innovative member of your community, want to sharpen your toolbox as a facilitator, and/or want to hone in on skills for creating the following:

  • healthy community culture
  • successful team building
  • dialing in coliving systems
Join us the first Tuesday of every month, 4-5pm on zoom. (dates and times subject to change upon feedback and availability)

are these gatherings for me?

Yes, you can drop in to any session, although attending the full series of programming will always offer you the best and most holistic learnings. It is available free of charge for all Members of our OpenDoor homes!

Coliving Mastermind is built for individuals who feel a draw towards maintaining the well-being of their community and being a positive influence, regardless of the position you occupy in your home and/or building.

This programing is not the space to: air out direct community conflicts, dump feedback about OpenDoor on property specific issues, or show negativity or bias towards other Members.

get inspired

In these gatherings you will both get an opportunity to share your experiences as well as gain detailed insight into the tools and skills of other individuals, homes, and communities.
